Hung Thinh Corporation donates QIAsymphony automatic testing system to Khanh Hoa general hospital

On August 13, 2020, Hung Thinh Corporation donated the QIAsymphony automatic testing system valued VND 4.6 billion to Khanh Hoa General Hospital to strengthen testing to prevent from Covid – 19 epidemic in the province. This continued to be the activity in VND 20 billion program (phase 2) of the Corporation to support the prevention and fighting against Covid-19 epidemic.

QIAsymphony automatic testing system donated by Hung Thinh Corporation includes: automatic DNA/ RNA extraction machine, realtime PCR machine and automatic sample separator for fast, accurate and efficient testing and detection of Covid-19 infection case. This is considered the most modern system of testing machines in the region. Through this donation, Hung Thinh Corporation wishes to support the medical team and doctors to speed up the testing process and minimize the risk of epidemic spread in the community.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Chairman of People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province expressed his gratitude and highly appreciated the positive support of Hung Thinh Corporation to Khanh Hoa province for the past time. In particular, the donation of the testing system this time is a very meaningful gift of Hung Thinh Corporation when it promptly shares the difficulties in the lack of machinery and equipment of the health sector of Khanh Hoa province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Vice Chairman cum Deputy General Director of Hung Thinh Corporation, said: “We are always aware of the responsibility of the business to join hands with the country to repel epidemics. Hung Thinh Corporation would like to thank local leaders and the Health sector for creating all conditions for the testing system to be quickly installed”.

Also at the donation ceremony, the representative of Khanh Hoa General Hospital shared: “We are extremely grateful for the practical support and contribution of Hung Thinh Corporation. The medical team at Khanh Hoa General Hospital pledges to use and maintain the automatic testing system for the right purposes and with lofty and beautiful meaning.

Since Covid-19 reappeared, Hung Thinh Corporation has been one of the pioneering enterprises to support the community with many practical actions such as coordinating with the Binh Dinh medical team for supporting Da Nang City Hospital, donating funds and many essentials and medical supplies to Da Nang city and Quang Nam province. In the coming time, the Corporation will continue to deploy the following donations in VND 20 billion sponsorship package (phase 2) accompanying the country for disease prevention and fighting.

The modern QIAsymphony automatic testing system serves the widespread testing of SARS-CoV-2 virus.
