Hung Thinh Corporation supports da nang city and Quang Nam province in Covid-19 prevention and fighting

On August 6, 2020 afternoon, through Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Hung Thinh Corporation donated funds and many medical necessities and supplies to Da Nang City and Quang Nam province with total value of VND 5 billion to support for the prevention and fighting against Covid-19 epidemic. This was an activity part of the Corporation's VND 20 billion program (phase 2) to support for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and fighting.

Recently, before the epidemic reappeared, Hung Thinh Corporation once again decided to continue to deduct from its budget of VND 20 billion to accompany the country and support the medical team at the epidemic-fighting frontline.

Especially, for the past few days, Da Nang city and Quang Nam province are hot spots of Covid-19 epidemic in the Central region when the epidemic has been much complicated. With the desire to accompany people to share difficulties and contribute a part of strength in the prevention and fighting against the epidemic, Hung Thinh Corporation donated VND 1 billion to Da Nang City, 3,000 medical protective suits and 100 tons of rice; donated Quang Nam province VND 1 billion in cash, 3,000 medical protective suits and 50 tons of rice.

Through Nguoi Lao Dong Newspapers, Mr. Pham Thanh Hung - Vice Chairman cum Deputy General Director of Hung Thinh Corporation presented the symbolic board to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bach Mai - Standing Deputy Head of Ho Chi Minh City Party Standing Committee for People’s Mobilisation to support Quang Nam province in the prevention and fighting against Covid-19 epidemic

At the ceremony, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau - President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City said: “Hung Thinh Corporation has been with us for many years in community activities. It’s known that Hung Thinh Corporation decided to set aside VND 20 billion from the budget for the first phase to support the prevention and fighting against Covid-19. Before the re-emergence of the Covid-19 wave with a high possibility of infection in the community, once again, Hung Thinh Corporation decided to continue deducting from the budget of VND 20 billion for phase 2 to share the difficulties with the people nationwide, especially Da Nang city and Quang Nam province are two hotspots for the epidemic. We highly appreciate Hung Thinh's good deed and hope that these meaningful activities will be spread more strongly”.

Regarding Hung Thinh Corporation side, Mr. Pham Thanh Hung - Vice Chairman cum Deputy General Director of the Corporation also shared a few words: “With the desire to bring a peaceful life to the community and society, we decide to continue accompanying the whole country in this difficult second anti-epidemic war. Next time, we will make more donations.

After the support for Da Nang City and Quang Nam province, Hung Thinh Corporation will conduct many donations in other provinces and cities to join hands with the country to repel the epidemic and contribute to bringing life back to normal state.
