16-08-2022Impressed with the potential and scale of MerryLand Quy Nhon, Viettel will promote mobile network coverage in MerryLand Quy Nhon and Hai Giang peninsula, including at sea, to ensure a smooth connection for visitors and customers to the project.
On August 12, the representative of Viettel Group's leader visited and worked with Hung Thinh Corporation at MerryLand Quy Nhon as well as the projects that Hung Thinh Corporation having been implementing in Hai Giang peninsula and Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh).
The visit and working session was attended by Major General Nguyen Thanh Nam - Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of Viettel Group, member companies of Viettel Group and General Directors of the Corporations.

During the project site survey, leaders of Viettel Group expressed their impression of the scale and future development potential of the "peninsula city" MerryLand Quy Nhon.
The bustling flow of visitors and customers to the project and visiting the water music square also shows the "heat" of MerryLand Quy Nhon in particular and the beautiful coastal city in general. Quy Nhon is showing its stature and potential to become a new destination in Vietnam and in the world.
In order to meet the needs of rapid development of local tourism and serve the maximum and smooth connection for visitors, customers coming to MerryLand Quy Nhon, Viettel Group and its member companies will accelerate the progress of 4G mobile coverage throughout the project, and at the same time expand to the surrounding area on Hai Giang peninsula. Even in the vicinity of MerryLand Quy Nhon, this operator will also ensure coverage to support tourists, customers and residents to maintain information connectivity.
Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation presented the stone painting "seaweed season in Hai Giang" to Major General Nguyen Thanh Nam - Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of Viettel Group.
In the coming time, Hung Thinh Corporation and Viettel Group will coordinate to install broadcasting stations right at MerryLand Quy Nhon, and at the same time research and deploy Smart Home and Smart City solutions throughout the area to maximize the benefits of customers when choosing MerryLand Quy Nhon, while adding value to the project.
It is expected that in the future, Viettel will study 5G mobile network coverage in Quy Nhon. With the ability to support outstanding high speed, ultra low latency and huge connection density (millions of connections/km2), new generation mobile network will create a strong infrastructure and resilience for socio-economy in Quy Nhon.
On the basis of the strategic cooperation between Hung Thinh Corporation and Viettel Group signed on May 25, 2022, two units are promoting the concretization of cooperation contents in many fields, including building telecommunications infrastructure and Smart Home and Smart City technology for MerryLand Quy Nhon, and proceeding to expand cooperation for other fields that Quy Nhon has great advantages for development in the near future.
