Affirming the position of an attractive employer
The survey of Best Employer of Choice 2022 by Vietnam students is organized by Anphabe every 2 years. This year, the survey recorded the participation of about 13,000 students, belonging to 10 major groups from 150 universities and colleges nationwide. 350 domestic and foreign enterprises were evaluated to measure the attractiveness of the company's brand to Gen Z young people - the main human resource in the future.
Anphabe announced that Hung Thinh Corporation was voted by students of Architecture - Design - Construction majors in "Top 50 best employer of choice 2022 by Vietnam students". This result is based on the votes of Vietnamese students about each employer brand through 5 stages of talent attraction: Awareness, Interest, Action, Desire and 1st choice.
