HUNG THINH CORPORATION AND HUNG THINH INCONS GROUP SIGN A STRATEGIC COOPERATION WITH DEOCA GROUP

On December 31, 2020 morning, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Hung Thinh Corporation and Deoca Group took place in Ho Chi Minh City. This event opened a big turning point for both sides in working together in construction and infrastructure.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deoca Group and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation performed the signing ceremony of cooperation in the presence of representatives of two units.

With this signing event, two units will look forward to long-term cooperation, strengthen connection towards the goal of becoming a comprehensive strategic partner in the construction and infrastructure sector to further diversify the ecosystem of two sides. At the same time, two sides will jointly study the master plan for transport infrastructure and urban development in the provinces and cities of Vietnam in order to promote the local economy, contributing to the development of urban traffic nationwide; joint study projects of climate change combating, sustainable social development and prosperous communities

Also at this event, Deoca Group and Hung Thinh Incons (HTN) - the general contractor of construction of Hung Thinh Corporation signed a cooperation agreement to mutually develop strategic directions towards building sustainable growth strategies through expanding markets and industries from construction of civil and industrial works to infrastructure, transportation, basic construction materials and new material technology. With outstanding development, HTN was in the Top leading companies in the construction industry in Vietnam and Top 5 companies in the construction industry currently listed on HoSe (2020).

To concretize cooperation steps, Deoca Group will study to become a strategic shareholder of Hung Thinh Incons. Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Chairman of the BOD of Deoca Group will soon be a candidate to the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons, consulting on planning a new development strategy for the company to maximize the resources of both sides, in addition using highly qualified human resources of two sides as well as technology in the construction field.

In addition, Deoca Group and HTN will cooperate to transfer technology as well as experience in construction and construction management, technology development in the fields of construction, installation and infrastructure, step by step bringing HTN to the area. Two sides will apply joint venture, joint bidding, investment and construction of infrastructure projects and major construction projects, at the same time, jointly expand the study on projects of artificial construction materials to meet the needs of the industry in the future.

Sharing about the significant cooperation between two major corporations, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation said: “The in-depth and strategic cooperation between a corporation specialized in investment in building traffic infrastructure and a corporation with the advantage of real estate will create a common strength for both sides to increase the value of enterprises and brands through a diversified and high-quality chain of products and services that we will deliver to the market in the near future. I believe that this cooperation will bring about major transformations in the development of infrastructure and urban transport, and at the same time develop business and make great contributions to the community, to the economy of the country. That is also the sharing philosophy that we are always aiming for”.

Therefore, connecting with other enterprises to create real estate - transport - logistics ecosystem is inevitable. I hope that the signing of a comprehensive strategic cooperation with Hung Thinh Corporation will be a stepping stone for two corporations to have new strides in the relationship and in the mutual development of both sides”.

Highly respecting the cooperation between Deoca Group and HTN, Mr. Tran Tien Thanh - General Director of HTN said: “HTN possesses strength and experience in the civil construction field, is the general contractor of construction of high-rise projects and has put into use dozens of projects for the past years. In the coming time, HTN plans to increase its charter capital, thereby helping the company improve its financial capacity, meet the construction progress of new projects that are going to commence of Hung Thinh Land, and also participate in tender for projects outside Hung Thinh Corporation. Through the cooperation with Deoca Group, I expect HTN will increasingly develop and grow sustainably, expand the business market and execute a variety of projects”.
