14-01-2020In order to summarize the year-end sprinting race as well as look back the journey of the whole year 2019, on recent January 13, at Capella Park View Convention Center, PropertyX Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to summarize business activities of Quarter IV/ 2019. With the theme of "New successes", the program honored collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding business achievements in the last quarter as well as ready for a new journey of conquering the year of 2020.
In the fourth quarter of 2019, PropertyX conquered the garden villa project Saigon Garden Riverside Village located in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City and continued to deploy in Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh coastal city with a new project named Grand Center Quy Nhon, concluded the year of 2019 with many memorable milestones.
It could be said that 2019 was a difficult year for the entire real estate market in general and PropertyX is no exception. Along with the ups and downs of the market, PropertyX constantly strived to overcome all challenges during the journey of conquering new lands and to the end, the warriors also have new successes.

At the ceremony, Mr. Doan Thanh Ngoc - Standing Deputy General Director of PropertyX on behalf of the Board of Management summarized the business activities of the whole system. He highly appreciated the efforts of the trading floors on sales targets of the fourth quarter and also hoped that with the good preparation from the Corporation on product sources and from the system of trading floors in terms of human resources and experience, PropertyX collective will be really successful next year.
