Propertyx summarizes business activities of Quarter I with high determination for a remarkable success in 2019

With the aim to summarize business activities in the first 3 months of the year and honor individuals and collectives for their outstanding business achievements, in the afternoon of May 16, 2019 at the Grand Ballroom-Capella ParkView, PropertyX held the Closing Ceremony of Business Activity of Quarter I / 2019 with the theme "New Game".
 
According to experts, although the development rate declined in the first months of the year, the real estate market is expected to reach a new prosperity in the next quarters. At the same time, the "new business strategy" of real estate businesses as well as PropertyX also focus on moving to neighboring provinces and some potential sea tourism cities.

At the end of the Quarter I, PropertyX has completed its business tasks for the Q7 Saigon Riverside Complex project in the South area of the city and model urban area Ba Ria City Gate (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), maintaining its position in Ho Chi Minh City real estate market.

After the report of the exchanges, Mr. Doan Thanh Ngoc – Permanent Deputy Director of PropertyX on behalf of the Board of Directors summarized the business activities of the whole system. Thanks to the efforts of all exchanges, apart from the Q7 Saigon Riverside Complex and Ba Ria City Gate projects, PropertyX family also made a spectacular breakthrough by Bien Hoa New City (Bien Hoa City) with current sales achieved 99.9%. In particular, Mr. Doan Thanh Ngoc also shared and encouraged PropertyX team and set a determination for the new target for the last quarters of 2019.
