30-10-2018In the previous October 28th in Hanoi, within the framework of an award ceremony "Typical businessman, enterprise in a mass movement of fire fighting and protection," President Nguyen Dinh Trung and Hung Thinh Corp. have been praised with 2 awards: Typical businessman and typical enterprise who are excellent in the firefighting and prevention movement of whole people. The award was jointly voted and awarded by The Institute of Firefighting Science in cooperation with Viet Nam Association for economic Cooperation Development - Asean.

After more than 16 years of establishment and development, under the direction of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Hung Thinh Corp has become one of the most prestigious real estate firms in the market with nearly 50 projects spanning over provinces across the country. With the responsibility for more than 2,500 employees and more than 20,000 customers, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung and Hung Thinh Corp always take the initiative in implementing seriously firefighting at work offices, construction sites and handed-over apartments as well as positive contributions to the city's fire prevention and fighting activities when donating US $ 1 million (equivalent to VND 23 billion) to the firefighting force of HCMC Police to buy necessary supplies for fire prevention and fighting.
In 2018, Hung Thinh Corp awarded nearly 6,000 fire extinguishers to each apartment dweller (in Citizen.TS, Sky Center Vung Tau Melody, Melody Residences, 8X apartments, 12View, 91 Pham Van Hai, Florita,…) with a total value of 3 billion VND. In addition, Hung Thinh Corp also cooperated with fire fighting and prevention agencies in districts which have projects to develop and organize fire prevention training courses, guide residents how to handle and use fire prevention and fighting equipment, provide knowledge and skills to cope with any incident by Hung Thinh Corp. At the same time, Hung Thinh Corp also handed over to each household a handbook "Resident Handbook" compiled directly by Hung Thinh Corp (based on the Circular on promulgating regulations on management and use of condominiums No. 02/2016 / TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction) to provide residents with some necessary knowledge while living in the apartment building.
Hung Thinh Group also regularly researches and applies modern fire fighting and protection procedures into projects, such as the project at District 7, Hung Thinh Corp designed the refuge space (safety room) at the 19th floor at each block of apartment, at the same time; fire prevention system of the project is operated according to the process of Japan, ensuring the safety of all residents.
With prominent marks in the field of business and active contribution to fire prevention and fighting, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung and Hung Thinh Group gained high trust from the award judging council.
