MR. HO MINH HOANG ASSUMES VICE CHAIRMAN OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF HUNG THINH INCONS

On February 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (Hung Thinh Incons - Ticker: HTN) passed the Resolution to elect Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - an independent member of the Board of Directors to hold the title. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Accordingly, at present, the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons Company consists of 06 members, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang and Mr. Truong Van Viet assume the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Ho Minh Hoang was born in 1972 in Phu Yen with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He is a leading familiar face in the transport infrastructure field with the nickname "Tunnel Excavation King", he has led his Group to construct the chain of Deo Ca tunnels, Co Ma tunnel, Cu Mong tunnel and recently, Hai Van 2 Tunnel has been officially opened to the public. In addition to mastering NATM technology (from Austria), Deo Ca Group also applies the most advanced technology in the construction of infrastructure and transport of road and bridge.

As Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of HTN, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang will promote the cooperation agreement signed between Deo Ca Group and Hung Thinh Incons in December 2020 in order to maximize resources, capacity and highly qualified human resources of two Parties and use the team of experienced and well-known experts of Deo Ca Group to advise and orient the strategies to Hung Thinh Incons.

At the same time, based on the existing competencies in construction of growing and efficient civil works of Hung Thinh Incons, two Parties will apply joint venture, associate, investment and construction of major infrastructure and construction projects to expand the scale of Hung Thinh Incons in both quality and quality in the coming time.

Hung Thinh Incons is the key unit in construction of Hung Thinh Corporation. Currently, accumulation of full year 2020, net revenue of Hung Thinh Incons reaches VND 4,552 billion, up 23.7% over the same period; Profit after tax reached VND 376 billion, an increase of 101% compared to 2019, of which parent company EAT reached more than VND 362 billion, equivalent to EPS of VND 10,962 (EPS is in the top of the stock market). At the beginning of the early spring trading session in 2021, HTN shares of Hung Thinh Incons increased from VND 32,800 in 8/2 session to VND 41,500 in 19/2 session, equivalent to an increase of 26.5% in 5 trading sessions.

With the cooperation with Deo Ca Group and the participation in the Board of Directors of Mr. Ho Minh Hoang, Hung Thinh Incons will surely have a breakthrough in the coming time.
