Following New Galaxy project in Binh Duong, Hung Thinh Incons Joint  Stock Company (Hung Thinh Incons – Ticker symbol: HTN) has recently  continued to win the contract of Bien Hoa Universe Complex project in  Dong Nai. 
The investor of the project is Tan Van Hoa Construction and Trading  Joint Stock Company and Hung Thinh Land is the developer of the project.  Bien Hoa Universe Complex is designed in a complex model with 7 blocks,  24 - 29 floors high, including: commercial, service, office building  area combined with residential area (about 2,000 apartments) on the land  lot with a scale of nearly 2.9 hectares in Ho Nai ward, Bien Hoa city,  Dong Nai province. 
 
Bien Hoa Universe Complex is located on the frontage of Hanoi Highway,  in the heart of Bien Hoa city, helping residents easily experience the  vibrant life of the busiest city in Dong Nai province. The project also  inherits the advantage of the complete infrastructure connecting the  arterial transport axes linking the South Central Region, the Central  Highlands and the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.

Overall perspective of Bien Hoa Universe Complex project
On the basis of the capacity profile proven through a series of  successful construction projects, Hung Thinh Incons was chosen as the  general contractor for Bien Hoa Universe Complex project by Tan Van Hoa  Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company. Total contract value is  temporarily estimated at about VND 2,474 billion, including construction  of apartment block, office high-rise block, residential area and  swimming pool system, infrastructure, project landscape. Estimated  construction time is 36 months.
