Intense atmosphere with “The 5th Hung Thinh Cup 2018” tennis tournament

To celebrate the 43th anniversary of the liberation of the South and unification of the country (April 30th, 1975 – April 30th, 2018) and International Labor Day May 1st, HCMC Tennis Federation organizes the tennis tournament - the 5th Hung Thinh Cup 2018. Hung Thinh Corp continues to accompany the tournament as the exclusive sponsor. With more than 400 athletes coming from all over the country, this season has entertained fans with many exciting matches.

The 5th Hung Thinh Cup 2018 took place from April 12th, 2018 to April 15th, 2018 at Ky Hoa Rose Tennis Club – 238 3/2 Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC. This tournament is to give athletes more opportunities to learn and compete with each other in a professional competitive environment, thereby contributing to improve the urban tennis. The event is also an opportunity to meet and exchange sports spirit among leaders, businessmen, guests and Vietnamese excellent tennis players.

This season is organized in accordance of Vietnam Tennis Federation’s rules with 7 categories: Men's doubles in leader category (aged over 45), Men's doubles in leader category (aged under 45), Men's doubles in guest category, Men's doubles 10.50 VR, Men's doubles 7.50 VR, Men's doubles 5.50 VR, Woman and Man’s Doubles 5.00 VR (based on the scores in Vtennis.vn forum).

After 4 days of exciting competition, thanks to the professional organization of HCMC Tennis Federation and the sponsor of Hung Thinh Corp, the 5th Hung Thinh Cup 2018 tennis tournament has created a professional competitive environment for athletes and served audience with excellent sport tournament, contributing to the improvement of Vietnam tennis.

On April 15th morning, a performance match was held with the participation of four professional young tennis players of Hung Thinh – HCMC team, including Tran Tien Thinh – Tat Thai Nguyen (National Champions of U-16 Men’s Doubles) and Vo Quoc Uy – Duong Thien Quang (Asia Champions of U-14 Men’s Doubles - Group II). This is one of the most impressive and attractive matches in the tournament.
