“Binh Dinh people festival” – fellow-countrymen cohesion

The 5th Binh Dinh People Festival in HCMC took place from April 03rd to April 04th, 2018. Hung Thinh Corp continues to accompany the event as a diamond sponsor with a total sponsorship packet worth up to VND 500 million.

Beginning the 5th Binh Dinh Pepple Festival 2018 is the solemn incense offering ceremony in honor of Quang Trung Emperor at the National Defense Education and Student Security Center (National University of HCMC).

The event is not only an annual activity, where the Binh Dinh people have the opportunity to meet, visit and exchange, but also a place to honor the values, promote the beauty of Binh Dinh culture, cuisine and human.

The 5th Binh Dinh People festival 2018 has become more popular and attracted the attention of many Binh Dinh people, local tourists and people from other cities. Over the past 5 years, the Binh Dinh People Festival has become a symbol of the solidarity of the martial land’s people.

Following the activities of the 5th Binh Dinh People Festival 2018 was a friendly meeting of fellow countrymen on March 4rd. At the event, Binh Dinh People's Committee and Fellow Countrymen awarded certificates of merit to organizations and individuals for the timely support in social security activities such as awarding scholarships, building houses for needy families, helping people affected by natural disasters and floods etc.

In addition to the traditional and typical activities such as the meeting of Fellow Countrymen, Binh Dinh Martial Arts Performance, Bai Choi game, "Homeland Soul of Binh Dinh" Food Court, the “Sound of Homeland” showroom, the "Binh Dinh Land and People" art and literary zone, this year’s festival also impresses the participants with many other interesting programs such as: guiding area of self-defense art for Binh Dinh traditional martial arts lovers, Free Healthy Clinic & Consultation by Binh Dinh Pharmacy Club in HCMC and "Binh Dinh Kids Festival" – an interesting playground for children attending on the New Year's Days.

In addition, this year's festival also has an art space named "Heritage Journey" to promote the cultural values of Binh Dinh: Binh Dinh Traditional Martial Arts and Tuong Art. The highlight of the "Heritage Journey" is the Bai Choi art recently recognized by UNESCO as intangible heritage of mankind.
