In addition to the 15 Golden Apricot Blossom Prizes announced and awarded, the program also honored 10 "Artist of the Year". These are the artists with the most favorite votes in categories. This honor is the recognition of the organizing committee about the positive contribution of artists to the cultural and artistic life for the past year, welcomed and trusted by the public.
