On November 18, 2020, Hung Thinh Land proudly received the award "Top 10 Typical Property Developers 2020" in the event of honoring Typical Property Vietnam 2020 voted and awarded by Nhip Cau Dau tu Magazine. Also at the event, Mr. Le Trong Khuong - General Director of Hung Thinh Land was honored as "Impressive Property Entrepreneur of the Year" for his practical and effective values that he has contributed to the market for the past time.

The Covid-19 epidemic had a general effect on the entire economy, affecting all enterprises in many industries. However, through two outbreaks of the epidemic, Hung Thinh Land not only stood firm but even became more developed than the general market level with nearly 5,000 products of apartments and bare land introduced from the year beginning to now. The company's real estate value sold in the first 9 months of 2020 was VND 10,000 billion, compared to VND 15,000 billion for the whole year. In recognition of the positive contributions made by prestigious property developers in creating more values for the market, Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine has organized an annual program to survey, vote and honor typical property developers in Vietnam in 2020. With outstanding achievements for recent years, Hung Thinh Land has passed the strict assessment process from the Appraisal Council for two consecutive years, deserved to enter "Top 10 Typical Property Developers 2020".

In addition, with important contributions to promoting the stability and sustainable development of Vietnam's real estate market in the difficult period, Mr. Le Trong Khuong - General Director of Hung Thinh Land was honored to be "Outstanding Property Entrepreneur of the Year". This honor partly affirms the correctness of Mr. Le Trong Khuong and the company's Board of Directors when consistently implementing the restructuring strategy and making effective decisions to help Hung Thinh Land outperform for the past time.

Vietnam's Typical Real Estate has been annually organized by the Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine since 2017, to honor true and sustainable values, and to recognize the dedication of the enterprises participating in the market of real estate and construction in Vietnam.

The Vietnam Typical Real Estate 2020 voting program consists of 9 categories, under the objective and impartial evaluation of the Appraisal Council including the leaders of state management agencies, prestigious real estate experts, leaders of consulting companies and financial institutions with many years of experience in the real estate market in Vietnam and in the world.
