In the framework of the vote of top real estate developers in Vietnam on Forbes Vietnam in November 2020, Hung Thinh Land was honored to be in top 10.
According to Forbes Vietnam, development of the real estate market since the early 1990s have gone through three major cycles: growth - decline - recovery. The beginning of 2014 was considered a milestone that saw the real estate market’s thaw and entered the longest growth cycle so far. After ups and downs, the market has developed more professionally with the appearance of well-known project developers with separate development strategies.
In order to recognize these positive changes and the contribution of reputable real estate developers in creating a large supply for the market, Forbes Vietnam surveyed and voted for a list of 10 largest project developers in Vietnam. This list was based on the number of completed apartments and houses that project developers completed from 2014 to September 30, 2020.
With more than 50,000 products successfully launched to the market since its establishment, of which about 18,000 apartment products are in the finishing process as well as have been handed over from 2014 to now, Hung Thinh Land is honored to be one of top 10 real estate developers nationwide voted by Forbes Vietnam. In addition, in the same period, Hung Thinh Land also developed and handed over about 8,000 bare land products.
Previously, according to the updated report dated September 17, 2020 of Vietcombank Securities Company, Hung Thinh Land was considered as the second largest real estate developer in Vietnam, behind Vinhomes, with 4% of the housing real estate market share in Vietnam in the period of 2016 - the first half of 2020.
