HUNG THINH LAND AND HUNG THINH CORPORATION WIN BIG WITH SERIES OF TYPICAL HCMC ENTERPRISE AND ENTREPRENEUR AWARDS IN 2020

On October 7, 2020 evening, at 16th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneur's Day and Ho Chi Minh City Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Honoring 2020, organized by HCM City Business Association in collaboration with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Hung Thinh Land was honored typical Ho Chi Minh City enterprise in 2020 for its breakthroughs and creative transformation in business. Besides, Chairman Nguyen Dinh Trung of Hung Thinh Land and Hung Thinh Corporation continued to be named in the prestigious award categories of this year.

Hung Thinh Land is a core member of Hung Thinh Corporation, has successfully developed a series of real estate projects for the past years, providing more than 50,000 products to the market, creating a place of residence for community. So far, Hung Thinh Land has recorded strong growth in capital and assets size after the disclosure of the restructuring strategy of Hung Thinh Corporation.

After comprehensive restructuring, Hung Thinh Corporation transferred the entire investment, trading and development of real estate projects to Hung Thinh Land with hundreds of projects having total land fund of more than 4,500 hectares. This event marked a strong innovation, professional and outstanding development of Hung Thinh Land. Projects by Hung Thinh Land and the Corporation have been gone in parallel, as well as projects developed by Hung Thinh Land in the near future not only stop in key cities as Ho Chi Minh City but also present in other potential areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Hanoi and other provinces.

Hung Thinh Land is currently considered as the second largest real estate developer in Vietnam, after Vinhomes, with 4% of the market share of residential real estate in Vietnam in the period of 2016 - the first half of 2020 (according to the updated report dated September 17, 2020 of Vietcombank Securities Company).

In addition, with the spirit of constant innovation and creativity, especially being strongly promoted during the Covid-19 epidemic period, Hung Thinh Corporation has demonstrated the potential and bravery of one of the pioneer enterprises on restructuring as well as digital transformation.

With the core nuclear of real estate, in 2019, Hung Thinh officially transformed into a Corporation model, renovated and built a complete ecosystem, including investment and development of real estate, construction, PropTech technology, digital platform business ... to realize the desire to meet more demands of customers.
