HUNG THINH CORPORATION SIGNED A STRATEGIC COOPERATION WITH TMA SOLUTIONS COMPANY

On 11/11/2020 morning, at the office of Hung Thinh Corporation (53 Tran Quoc Thao, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City), the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Hung Thinh Corporation and TMA Solutions Co., Ltd. (TMA Solutions) officially took place. The event marked an important milestone in the relationship between two units as well as opened up many cooperation opportunities for mutual development.

With the signed agreement, two Parties will jointly research and develop modern technology solutions and services in the real estate field, in which consulting and digital transformation are expected to create more qualified products with added values for partners and customers.

In addition, two Parties also coordinate the construction and implementation of digital technology-based operating systems, contributing to creating products for smart urban areas and orienting the construction of industrial – high-tech zones developed by Hung Thinh Land - a member of Hung Thinh Corporation. In addition, TMA Solutions will also cooperate with Hung Thinh Incons, the general construction contractor of Hung Thinh Corporation to implement and operate the platform, solutions and blueprint for Smart Building and Smart Home service design drawings for buildings, contributing to the creation of modern and aesthetic buildings with sustainable values over time.

Especially, two Parties will also cooperate to organize events and seminars in the field of technology and real estate in Binh Dinh province as well as at hi-tech development centers in Vietnam, including: activities related to the Innovation Center and Startup Support Center, thereby helping connect startup networks, support startups and do venture investment in the Central region in particular and in Vietnam.

For 23 years of establishment and development, TMA Solutions has always received the trust and appreciation from more than 100 customers from 27 countries around the world. The combination of two leading units in the real estate and technology fields in Vietnam will bring many advantages to attract investment capital and call for international cooperation.
