HUNG THINH CORPORATION DONATES NEAR VND 5.3 BILLION TO AID COMMUNITY IN FLOOD-STRICKEN CENTRAL VIETNAM

On October 22 - 23, 2020, through the press agencies, Hung Thinh Corporation donated nearly 5.3 billion VND to aid community in the Central Vietnam provinces that are severely affected by floods. In which, VND 4 billion is deducted from the Corporation's budget and VND 1,283,550,000 is donated by all employees of Hung Thinh Corporation.

With the common desire to look towards the Central Vietnam, share with the community to quickly overcome difficulties and rebuild their lives after floods, Hung Thinh Corporation deducted VND 4 billion from the budget and coordinated with press agencies to quickly organize aid groups towards the flood-stricken Central Vietnam.

Specifically, Hung Thinh Corporation, through Tuoi Tre News, donated people in Quang Tri flood area VND 1 billion VND, Thanh Nien News donated to people in Quang Binh flood area VND 1 billion, through Saigon Giai Phong - Financial Investment News donated Thua Thien - Hue people VND 1 billion, Ha Tinh people VND 500 million through Tien Phong News and Quang Nam people VND 500 million through Ho Chi Minh City Women's News. This amount of money will be used to buy necessities or to send cash to people in flood-stricken area who are facing many difficulties.

In particular, Hung Thinh Corporation awarded all donations from all officers and employees valued VND 1,283,550,000 to the Hope Fund of VnExpress online newspaper and FPT Corporation to provide timely aid to people of the flood-stricken Central Vietnam in three provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri.

Up to now, the Corporation has budgeted more than VND 600 billion for activities for the community - society. This is also an activity to continue promoting the sharing culture of Hung Thinh Corporation for the past years. In the coming time, the Corporation and newspapers will coordinate to implement necessary donation programs to aid people in the flood-stricken Central Vietnam to partly overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives early.
