20-04-2023On 19 April 2023, at the Office at 53 Tran Quoc Thao, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city, Hung Thinh Corporation’s Board of Directors joined in the sharing meeting of “Enterprise Administration and Operation” – lessons drawn to overcome crisis.

At the sharing meeting, Mr. Le Quang Phuc – an Enterprise administration advisory expert presented general administration - management and operation models in the world and in Vietnam. Especially, when it comes to the real estate business environment in Vietnam which is facing a great deal of specialized difficulties, optimization of the enterprise administration - management becomes more urgent than ever.
He affirmed that one of the strategies for the enterprise to combat current challenges is to boldly restructure, streamline the system, optimize administration - management - administration and improve the productivity of the leadership team. It also is among the key strategies which are actively being exploited by Hung Thinh Corporation.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung – Chairman of Hung Thinh Corporation shared: restructuring to adapt to every phase is a crucial activity for all enterprises, especially Hung Thinh Corporation who has developed and expanded quickly over the past time.
In facing such difficulties, we are forced to make more effort to optimize the organization apparatus, restructuring scientifically, tightly, strengthening risk control and administration, promoting the capacity of each personal and creating a resonant power.
“Every difficulty brings a lesson. As same as all challenges undergone, I do believe that after every struggle, Hung Thinh will be stronger and keep going on the mission that we all have put our trust in. That is creating jobs, making houses for the majority of people, serving the community,” affirmed the Chairman Nguyen Dinh Trung.
