With high sense of responsibility, professional management and endless innovation, Hung Thinh Incons was awarded “Top 10 Vietnam Competitive Trademarks 2018” title by Vietnam Intellectual Property Association on July 15th, 2018 in Hanoi.
Operating mainly in the fields of investment, design and construction, Hung Thinh Incons has enhanced its trademark through a range of construction projects in HCMC as well as many provinces around the country since 2007.
From 2017 until now, Hung Thinh Incons have become the general contractor of a wide range of projects developed by Hung Thinh Corp such as Moonlight Boulevard, Richmond City, Cam Ranh Mystery Villas, Lavita Charm, Saigon Mystery Villas and most recently Q7 Saigon Riverside Complex. Some projects have been topped out and ready for completion to welcome the owners. such as Moonlight Residences, SaigonMia, Moonlight Park View and Lavita Garden. Besides, many works have been completed and handed over to customers such as: 8X Rainbow, Sky Center, Melody Residences, Vung Tau Melody, Florita.
Especially, at the annual general shareholders’ meeting 2018, Hung Thinh Incons announced the IPO scheme at HOSE and the new corporation identify system. According to the audited financial report of Hung Thinh Incons, the total revenue and profit after tax reached VND 2,700 billion and VND 110 billion in 2017. Based on the signed contracts and the right management strategies as well as transparent business orientation, the revenue and profit after tax in 2018 is estimated to reach VND 4,054 billion and VND 180 billion, increasing 50% and 64% respectively over the previous year. In addition, thanks to the strategy of expanding into direct investment in real estate projects launched in early 2018, Hung Thinh Incons’s revenue and profit are expected to grow by 20% per year during the period of 2019-2021.
Thanks to these amazing projects and endless efforts of its leaders, engineers and workers, Hung Thinh Incons was honored to receive the award “Top 10 Vietnam Competitive Trademarks 2018” at the awarding ceremony of Vietnam Well-known and Competitive Trademarks.
