Hung Thinh Incons acts as general contractor for VND 3,000 billion project

Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company (HTN) takes charge of a general contractor of Hanoi Melody Residences project located in Southwest Linh Dam with total contract value of nearly VND 3,000 billion. This is the starting project for the Company to expand its operation and become a general construction contractor for projects outside the ecosystem.

Hanoi Melody Residences project is located in Southwest Linh Dam New Urban Area (Hoang Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi), of which Linh Dam Real Estate Investment Company Limited is an investor and HTN is the general contractor. This is also the first project of HTN to realize the development companion strategy with package value of nearly VND 3,000 billion, an area of 3.28 hectares, including 3 commercial buildings, providing to the market nearly 2,000 high-class apartments and podium shophouses, construction work strictly complies with HTN's safety standards and ISO 9001 and 4500 standards.
