Hung Thinh Corporation and PropertyX received 4 awards at “Vietnam real estate brokerage honoring ceremony 2018”

On recent June 29, Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Ceremony 2018 took place solemnly at White Palace Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, Hung Thinh Corporation and PropertyX Joint Stock Company (PropertyX) - a member unit of the Corporation were honored in 4 categories: Prestigious Developer Brand, Prestigious Trading Floor, Inspirer and Certificate of Merit from Vietnam National Real Estate Association for the organization with many positive contributions to real estate activities in Vietnam. The program was organized and awarded by Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARs).

Real estate brokerage in Vietnam has increasingly affirmed the role and importance in the economic development of Vietnam in general and real estate market in particular. It has done well the task of connecting supply and demand, helping developers of real estate projects to create new markets and products in accordance with trends and needs. Real estate brokerage in Vietnam has successfully connected products from real estate developers to consumers. Therefore, the Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Honoring Ceremony has become an annual festival awaited by Trading Floors and Brokers.

Participants in the program included leaders of Ministry of Construction, Vietnam Association of Realtors, Vietnam& Singapore Association of Realtors, Ambassador of NAR (American Real Estate Association) in Vietnam, developers and leaders of financial institutions, banks, and senior leaders of leading Vietnam leading real estate companies, developers, domestic media and especially the presence of Real Estate Exchanges and Brokers nationwide.

At Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Honoring Ceremony 2018, in addition to 3 categories: Honoring of Typical Real Estate Exchanges of 3 Vietnam Northern - Central – Southern Regions, Typical Real Estate Broker and Awarding of Certificate of Merit from Vietnam Association of Realtors, the program also voted and awarded 2 prize categories: Prestigious real estate brand voted by customers & real estate brokers in Ho Chi Minh City and typical real estate inspirer 2018.

As a member unit playing an important role in Hung Thinh Corporation's real estate supply chain, PropertyX owns a system of 9 large-scale trading floors available nationwide with a staff of more than 1,200 highly experienced and knowledgeable staff in real estate. Program of Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Honoring Ceremony 2018 belongs to the series of activities of 4th Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Festival 2019 in 2 days, 28 and 29/6/2019. This is an annual event of VARs to commemorate the traditional day of the real estate brokerage on June 29 and honor individuals and organizations operating in the real estate sector in Vietnam, aiming at a smart, transparent and effective real estate sector.

Held for the first time in 2016, after 3 years of organizing in Da Nang and Khanh Hoa, Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Festival 2019 took place for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City with many major and exciting activities such as: Exhibition of VietHomes Real Estate 2019, Seminar of "Professional Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage and International Integration", Football Super Cup "Vietnam Real Estate VARs Cup 2019" and the key activity "Vietnam Real Estate Brokerage Honoring Ceremony 2018".

With the rapid growth in both quantity and quality of Vietnam Real Estate Brokers, Vietnamese law has recognized it as an official career and put into specific regulations for State management of this sector, namely Law on Real Estate Business passed by the National Assembly on June 29, 2006.

For nearly two decades, real estate brokers in Vietnam have played an important role for the fast, strong and sustainable development of Vietnam real estate market through potential market search and exploitation activities, stimulating, promoting and strongly boosting the demand of the real estate market, thereby motivating real estate developers to promote investment activities. After nearly 20 years, Vietnam real estate market has made impressive changes, this achievement has made a significant contribution of real estate brokers in Vietnam.
