01-11-2021On November 1 morning, the program "Pho cart of love" initiated by Tuoi Tre News with the companionship of Hung Thinh Land was held at City Children's Hospital (Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City).
At the event, 2,000 bowls of delicious hot pho from two famous pho brands - Phu Gia and 34 Cao Thang, along with 500 boxes of dry pho, were given to the pediatric patients and medical team who were working day and night at the hospital.

This activity is within the framework of the program "Day of Pho" on December 12, initiated by Tuoi Tre News and held annually since 2017 to honor the unique culinary culture of Vietnam. This year alone, the program launched the activity "Pho cart of Love" to bring Vietnam's national spirit food to the frontline forces and patients struggling with the epidemic.
Mr. Le Trong Khuong - General Director of Hung Thinh Land said that this was an activity with good value, contributing to honoring dishes imbued with Vietnamese identity, and at the same time spreading a warm message in the community. Through this program, Hung Thinh Land also wishes to partly bring spiritual joy to the medical staff and pediatric patients at the City Children's Hospital.
“Each bowl of pho is not high in price, but it is a good deed in spirit, especially when we still have to prioritize anti-epidemic, sometimes just enjoying a delicious dish as pho can make us warm," Mr. Le Trong Khuong shared.
Famous pho brands are busy preparing delicious hot bowls of pho as small gifts for doctors and pediatric patients.
Previously, in September, the program "Pho cart of love" brought more than 5,000 bowls of delicious pho to doctors and patients at Le Van Thinh Hospital (Thu Duc City), 5,000 bowls of pho serving frontline anti-epidemic medical staff in Ho Chi Minh City…
After the program on November 1 at the City Children's Hospital, Hung Thinh Land and Tuoi Tre News are expected to continue to bring hot pho servings to remote areas, thereby following the journey of spreading love in the social community.
