HTN: ENTERED THE TOP LISTED COMPANIES ELIGIBLE FOR INFORMATION DISCLOSURE ON THE SECURITIES MARKET FOR THE CONSECUTIVE 2ND YEAR

On June 16, 2021, Hung Thinh Incons (HTN) was honored as "Listed companies eligible for information disclosure on the securities market in 2021" within the framework of the voting program for listed companies with Best IR in 2021 (IR Awards 2021). Since being listed on the stock exchange in November 2018, stock symbol HTN has always been highly appreciated by investors and professionals for its initiative, transparency and responsibility for information disclosure.

IR Awards is an annual prestigious voting program co-organized by Vietstock, VAFE Association and FILI electronic magazine. This is the 11th year the program has been implemented to comprehensively evaluate investor relations activities of listed companies every year; including actual survey statistics, open voting for the investor community and expertise evaluation from professional financial institutions.

Information disclosure on the securities market is a mandatory activity for listed companies based on the applicable legal documents. This is not only an obligation but also a responsibility of enterprises to shareholders in particular and the investor community in general. As one of the reputable construction companies in the market, HTN is always proactive, open and transparent in information disclosure activities through the company's official website, and at the same time focuses on effectively implementing the investor relations, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam's securities market.

 “Comprehensive survey report on information disclosure on the securities market in 2021” was conducted for 724 enterprises listed on HOSE and HNX before May 1, 2020. Regulations of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 155/2015/TT-BTC (issued on October 6, 2015) and Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC (issued on November 16, 2020) and other regulations and notices from relevant State agencies are applied as the main criteria for this set of survey criteria.

Listed companies eligible for information disclosure in 2021 are the ones that meet all survey criteria on information disclosure on the securities market for the survey period from May 1, 2020 to May 30, 2020. April 2021.
