CONFERENCE ON PROPERTY X BUSINESS SYSTEM NATIONWIDE MANAGEMENT: UNION - FOR OVERCOMING THE STORM

Ending the year 2022 of full changes and challenges, Property X Joint Stock Company (Property X) welcomes the year of Rabbit with an expectation of prosperity and new opportunities. Looking back on a year 2022 of full difficulties and efforts to “overcome the storm”, on 28 February 2023, at the Hall of Hung Thinh Corporation (53 Tran Quoc Thao, Vo Thi Sau, district 3, Ho Chi Minh city), Property X successfully held the “Conference on Property X Business System Nationwide Management” to share the orientation of human resources development and business activities 2023. 

It could be said that 2022 was the year of full difficulties and changes for all enterprises, including Property X when the real estate market directly affected the business activities. However, there is always a chance in difficulties, by great effort and strong determination of Property X’s staff, along with timely and appropriate policies issued, Property X still remains stable operations, maintains welfare policies for staffs while others have to suspend their operation, and many have to cut down on employees.

2023 – UNION - FOR OVERCOMING THE STORM

Although the market situation in 2023 still struggles with difficulties due to several factors, there are notable highlights which hold on to the belief of not only enterprises but also investors in the coming time: Public investment will be strengthened, legal framework questions are gradually dealt with and solved, meetings on policies “easing” credit policies to facilitate enterprises to access capital sources, etc. These are promising contributing factors to promote a healthy development of the real estate market.

Sharing about Property X’s business strategies in 2023, the Company focuses on exploiting existing sources of goods and developing new projects. Thanks to the great leading of the Board of Directors, all Property X’s staff has been imbued with the philosophy and aspiration to “surmount the storm”, agreeing on action plans, accordingly, to create a base for operating, helping to enhance “actual combating” quality for departments/divisions, company members in order to fulfill the tasks in a new situation with a long-term vision.

Along with the business development activities, remaining and focusing on human resources are the cores for the enterprise’s development. Therefore, over the past years, along with the strong and rapid development of the enterprise, Property X has continuously attempted to create an active, professional working environment, helping employees to maximize their potential and become effective hands that bring the Company far in the future.

Within the Strategic Conference 2023, the Board of Directors appointed new management positions to optimize and diversify resources to achieve the set targets and commit to fulfilling goals assigned by superiors.

 

The following journey with Property X’s important business plans and activities will need greater effort and union of all staffs. To strengthen stronger human resources team, Property X’s Board of Directors supplemented new personnel to its system’s management cohort.

Speaking at the conference, Mrs. Pham Thi Nhan - Deputy Director of Property X came up with material solutions along with orientations, development goals for the following year, namely as products, sales, re-structuring, personnel and finance. Especially, the plan on implementing key projects and delivering specific tasks in 2023 brought an greatly exciting.

In this Strategic Conference 2023, the Property X’s Chairman of the Board of Directors - Mr. Truong Anh Tu gave shares on the vision and goals to be fulfilled in new development phases, and offered encouragement to all Employees: “I do believe that despite various difficulties and shortcomings of policies, with the strong determination of the State leaders, the market in general and real estate in particular will gain new advancement and all problems will be soon addressed. And, I am strongly confident that the joint union of all leaders here and employees will be the motivation to help us obtain the goals set in 2023”.
